“GRAY," THE BIGGEST LITTLE MAN
Michelle & Grayson’s Story
This year Michelle lost her incredible son, Grayson Arroyo, at age 22. Gray was a healthy child until he turned 5 when his vision changed. After his brain tumor diagnosis, he lived for 17 years with ongoing symptoms and difficult side effects. Through loving care from his Mom, he could enjoy a meaningful life surrounded by teachers and mentors he called family. Gray enjoyed making crafts and recording videos to brighten people’s days. Through ongoing doctor appointments and numerous hospital admits, Gray would engage staff around him - he had a gift of bringing people together. He always made a big impact on whomever he met, me included.
I was honored to know Gray and Michelle over the years and to assist them whenever I could. I am immensely proud of Gray and Michelle for taking the life they were given and making every moment count through play, courage, determination, and love. We should all live this way!
I will never forget Grayson Arroyo's effect on my life and many others. I will continue dedicating my life to assisting pediatric and adult brain cancer patients!
Sincerely,
